About the job

The position is in our kindergarten, where you together with an educator are responsible for a group of children.

The position is 37 hours.

About us

Gadkjærgaard is an age-integrated day care institution located on the outskirts of Vinding in Vejle. We have 160 children distributed across 4 toddler groups and 5 kindergarten groups. In each group there are 2 educators and 1-2 assistants attached. In addition, there are 2 in the 'flying positions', which are our own substitutes ensuring as much staff coverage as possible during absence.

We place a high value on outdoor life, sustainability, ecology and 'child-led work' in our daily life. We prioritize working in smaller child communities, and we place a high value on closeness.

We continuously work to maintain a good working environment so that we all come to work happy every day.

We have a large playground with plenty of opportunities for many types of activities, we have animals, varying nature, forest, shelters and a nice local area.

We are a place where we value structure and content in everyday life. This means that our staff meetings are always substantive, and we cover all staff in the house. We have regular assistant/educator meetings and group meetings. It is all, of course, organized so that it is easy and clear. In addition, the management always coordinates the everyday life during staff absences so that all resources are used as well as possible with the children's well-being and a good working environment as the starting point.

Information about starting salary

Employment is according to the collective agreement for pedagogues at day care institutions, after-school programs, clubs, etc., §§4-9. The expected starting full-time salary excluding pension is 32,511 DKK / lies in the range of 32,511 DKK to 39,909 DKK depending on seniority. It should be noted that final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
