As a Garment Technician, you’ll become part of our product team - a team of designers, product developers, garment technicians, and buyers. Together, we develop a wide range of products across men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel as well as accessories.

More About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As a Garment Technician, you’ll take a central role in ensuring the right fit, quality, and technical execution throughout the entire development process, while contributing to the continued development of our product range. You will have close contact and collaboration with colleagues to ensure everyone works toward the same goal - and international as well as domestic suppliers will be among your key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include

• Measuring and evaluating samples from proto samples through to shipment samples
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, measurement charts, and gradings
• Fitting, commenting on, and approving samples (proto samples, size sets, PP samples, and shipment samples) to ensure satisfactory fit and quality

We’re looking for an experienced and independent garment technician who thrives with responsibility and knows how to drive tasks confidently to completion. You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, with a strong understanding of the interplay between design, construction, quality, and production. You are an independent team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in the role, we expect that you

• ·Hold a degree as a garment technician, a professional bachelor’s degree, or have equivalent relevant education
• Are structured and solution-oriented and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a garment technician within apparel
• Have solid experience with fitting, measurement charts, grading, sample approvals, and pattern understanding - motivated by cross-functional collaboration and quality-driven work
• Have a good understanding of the full value chain with a focus on quality assurance, and communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken)
• Have solid experience working with international suppliers, work in a structured manner, and are able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Have experience with Illustrator and preferably Delogue or similar PLM systems.
