At Hjælpemiddeldepotet we help ensure that citizens with disabilities get the assistive devices that make everyday life easier. We are now seeking a service-minded and engaged skilled worker who wants to become part of our team.

We are looking for an employee with craft, technical or warehouse experience. The most important is that you want to take responsibility, thrive with varied tasks and contribute positively to the community.

At Hjælpemiddeldepotet we work together on the tasks. Therefore we expect you to be flexible and prepared to help out where the need is greatest.

As a skilled worker you will have an important role in ensuring that assistive devices are prepared, delivered, maintained and recycled to benefit the municipality's citizens.

Your main tasks

Your tasks will include among other things to

• Clean and prepare assistive devices in the depot's washing hall
• Handle inventory management and order taking
• Carry out repairs, maintenance and inspections of assistive devices
• Service and clean electronic locks and emergency call systems
• Advise citizens, relatives and partners about assistive devices
• Handle and operate the relevant professional systems
• Assist citizens in quick service with smaller repairs and service tasks
• Contribute to daily operations and ad hoc tasks
• Deliver and pick up assistive devices for citizens when needed
• Carry out minor adaptations and adjustments of assistive devices in collaboration with therapists.

• Are reliable and take responsibility for your tasks

• Are practically inclined and not afraid to get hands dirty
• Thrive with both independent tasks and teamwork

Who are we

Hjælpemiddeldepotet is part of the Decisions and Aids in the Center for Care and Health.

We are six skilled workers who together solve tasks at the depot and with citizens. In addition, we work closely with the department's therapists and other colleagues to ensure good solutions and high service to the municipality's citizens.

We place emphasis on collaboration, integrity, flexibility and an informal tone where we help each other to succeed.

Employment process and salary

The start date is January 1, 2027.

We expect to hold the first interview on November 13, 2026 and November 19, 2026.

The position is in principle 37 hours and is a permanent position.

Application deadline: October 30, 2026

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for skilled workers in municipalities. Employment takes place according to the principles of local wage formation and after agreement with the negotiating organisation.

The salary range for the position is DKK 30,862.62 – 38,161.98 per month before pension for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is determined after negotiations between the employer and the trade union with negotiating rights in the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends, among other things, on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement under the principles of local wage formation and after agreement with the negotiating organisation.
