General workers sought for Dencker Group

We have more to do and are therefore looking for more stable and practically minded people who want to become part of the Dencker Group.

The work is varied and takes place primarily on Lolland, Falster, Møn and South Zealand.

The tasks can include

• Green maintenance and property service
• Hedge trimming, clearing and pruning
• Grounds work and smaller construction tasks
• Excavation work and reestablishment
• Winter service
• Practical ad hoc tasks for private and corporate customers

We do not necessarily look for a particular education or a specific type of employee.

The most important thing for us is that you are stable, practically minded and have the desire to get started.

Most of our tasks are physically demanding to a greater or lesser extent. You must therefore be prepared for a job where you are active, work outdoors and use your body throughout the day.

Experience from, for example, landscaping, contracting work, agriculture, property service, green operations or crafts is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We imagine that you

• Are used to practical and physical work
• Show up reliably and take responsibility for your tasks
• Can work independently or with others
• Take care of machines and equipment
• Are courteous to customers and colleagues
• Can see what needs to be done and get to work

A category B driving license is a big advantage. Trailer license, machine experience or relevant certificates are also an advantage.

Hours and employment

We need different types of employees and are therefore open to several solutions.

• Hourly paid work with varying hours
• Students who want to work alongside their studies
• People who want reduced hours
• Flexi jobs if the working hours and the physical demands suit the individual
• People who already have another job and want extra hours

What matters to us is not whether you are seeking 10 or 37 hours per week. The key is that there is a good match between you and the tasks you will perform.

Dencker Group works with grounds work, green maintenance, property service, winter service and smaller contracting tasks for both private and corporate customers.

We are a small growth-oriented company where there is little distance between decision and action.
