Re-advertisement - maternity leave substitute sought for Næstved Music School

Do you want to help create musical joy, community and learning for children and young people?

Næstved Music School is seeking a maternity leave replacement from 1 November 2026 to June 2027 for our pre-school and primary school area. We are looking for a musical octopus with strong pedagogical competences, who thrives in a varied daily life and sees the value of collaboration with colleagues, students, parents and public schools.

Opgaver og undervisning

The tasks are by default spread over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Some pupils and groups may possibly be moved around.

• Companion teaching at the municipality's public schools for one morning per week (Monday and Tuesday)
• Rhythmic Workshop (0th–3rd grade) (Tuesday at 15:15)
• Music Workshop (0th–3rd grade) (Tuesday at 16:15)
• Piano lessons for 2 pupils
• Singing study for the music school's Christmas performance up to the performances on December 2 and 3 (Wednesday 16:00-18:00)

The Christmas performance will be carried out in collaboration with two music school colleagues.

Companion teaching is in collaboration with the public schools' regular music teachers and takes place in the morning.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the bargaining organization and KL. Salary is set according to the applicable rules and after negotiations with the relevant trade union.

Arbejdstid pr. uge: The position is a parental leave substitute with an expected employment rate of about 22/37, depending on how many of the listed tasks are included.
