About the job
Unfortunately we did not find the right candidate for our fantastic team, so we try again. We are neither picky nor troublesome, but we have some expectations for our new colleague:
We expect that you are professional and want to collaborate with colleagues, management and citizens, and that you have the desire for a job where you both get responsibility and take responsibility for your work. If that sounds like something for you, you will get fantastic colleagues who help and support each other, a visible and approachable leader, and good interprofessional collaboration with strong professional sparring.
It is very rare that two nights are the same, but that is okay because we know the citizens and they know us, and if we need help it is never far away.
Meeting place : Sundhedshuset, Toldbodgade 29-31, Silkeborg
What does the job involve?
We have 8 routes spread across the municipality and 2 nurses who cover the entire municipality. You will drive your own route after training and also help on other routes during holidays and sickness. You have fixed visits – but must also be able to step in in acute situations. It requires an overview, flexibility and the ability to stay calm when things get busy, and you will have a varied and exciting job.
It is important for us to emphasize that you are never alone at work. We are 10 colleagues on duty each night so help is only a phone call away. In the team we take care of each other and the citizen is at the centre of all professional tasks. We have professional sparring in the team and we learn from each other so your knowledge and competencies become an important part of the team's overall professionalism.
Our core task “We collaborate with the citizen to strengthen health and promote the citizen's autonomous and meaningful life” is at the centre of our work and the basis we use when we meet the citizen.
A car is provided, so a driver’s license is a necessity.
What do you get with us?

- A professionally strong work environment with a focus on quality and citizen-centered solutions.
- A strong team that helps each other – also at 3:00 a.m.
- Close collaboration and professional sparring
- An individually tailored introductory program so you feel secure from the start
We expect you to
- Can work independently and maintain structure in a busy night
