German-speaking customer service representative with a passion for delivering good customer experiences for Legeakademiet

Would you like to help make children smarter through play?

Legeakademiet is looking for an experienced, structured and bubbly play aunt or uncle who speaks fluent German, and who wants to become part of our cheerful and engaged customer service team. You must also be able to operate in Danish, as there will occasionally be tasks in the Danish customer service.

Who are we?

Legeakademiet is much more than a webshop. Our passion is turning play into learning, and for over 20 years we have helped children develop motor skills, imagination and abilities through stimulating and fun toys.

We have thousands of happy customers in Denmark and on our growing markets including Sweden, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands and Finland.

What does the job involve?

You will become an important part of our customer service team, where every day we help our customers with questions about toys, delivery, complaints and much more. You will have a particular focus on our German customers and should feel motivated to give them a good experience on phone, chat and email.

Your tasks

• Answer phone calls, chats and emails in German with a smile and great helpfulness.
• Guide customers around the webshop and ensure they receive the best possible service.
• Collaborate with our warehouse team when an order requires a little extra care.
• Handle administrative tasks and claims.
• Work in Business Central, Zendesk and Magento 2.

We expect that you

• Have documented experience in customer service, preferably from e-commerce.
• Have strong German skills, both written and spoken. If you also speak one of the Nordic languages, that is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Are structured, positive and have an eye for detail, even when it’s busy.
• Have experience with ERP systems and preferably Business Central.
• Thrive in a collaborative and helpful environment.
• Want to be part of a workplace where good humor and team spirit are highly valued.
• Also speak Danish, as you will sometimes need to assist in the Danish customer service. If you speak other languages, that will definitely be an advantage. We are an international customer service that helps customers in France, Poland, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands and Sweden.
