Global Network Planner - ECCO HQ, Bredebro

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through a global supply chain, connecting production, distribution centres and markets around the world?

Shape the flow of products across our global network

Based at ECCO HQ in Bredebro, you will join our Global Value Chain organisation, where 45 colleagues manage our end-to-end supply chain. As part of the Global Fulfilment Network team, consisting of 17 dedicated network planners, you will work in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment where planning, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

As our new Global Network Planner, you will help ensure that products are planned, shipped and delivered according to customer expectations, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across production, distribution centres, regions and markets. You will balance operational execution with analytical work, contributing to both service excellence and ongoing optimisation of our global distribution network.

More specifically, you will

• Own end-to-end network planning activities, balancing forecast accuracy, product availability and service levels.
• Partner closely with markets and cross-functional stakeholders to align demand, supply and distribution priorities.
• Monitor network performance, identify risks and drive corrective actions to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen planning capabilities and ways of working.
• Support strategic and operational projects across the Global Fulfilment Network organisation.

Use your analytical mindset and stakeholder skills to make an impact

Success in this role comes from combining structure, curiosity and collaboration. You enjoy working with data, coordinating across functions and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. While experience is valuable, we are equally interested in your potential and your willingness to learn.

We would love to hear from you if you recognise yourself in some of the following

• You have experience from supply chain, logistics, planning or a similar operational environment, or you are motivated to learn and develop within the field.
• You have experience working with data and reporting tools, including Power BI, and have strong analytical skills.
• You have experience working with multiple stakeholders and can build productive relationships across functions and cultures.
• You are organised, proactive and able to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.

Join a global team that keeps learning and improving

You will become part of an international team with colleagues from different countries, backgrounds and areas of expertise. We work closely together, share knowledge openly and support each other in navigating the complexity of a global supply chain.

This is a role with a broad network and visibility across the business. You will have the opportunity to deepen your supply chain expertise, contribute to process improvements and help shape how products move through our global network. At the same time, you will be part of a team with a welcoming atmosphere, a collaborative mindset and room for new ideas.

Ready to help keep our global network moving?

We encourage you to apply even if your experience does not match every requirement. If this opportunity excites you and you believe you can contribute, we would love to hear from you.

We will review applications on an ongoing basis, and the vacancy is open until the right candidate is found.
