Re-advertisement: Social care professionals for a newly started soloist offer at the residential and day care facility Gydehøj

We are still looking for skilled colleagues for our new team. At Gydehøj in Gribskov Municipality we are seeking social care professionals for Team 5, which is an intensive residential offer with a special targeted approach around one resident with mental and physical developmental handicaps.

You will be employed by Gribskov Municipality at Gydehøj, which houses three social residential facilities and an activity offer according to the Danish Service Act §§ 108, 104 and 105 distributed across sites in Græsted and Esbønderup – and you will work daily with Team 5 at the site in Græsted.

Your key competencies in Team 5

We are looking for someone who can and will be an active part of a specialized soloist offer, where the quality of relationship work and professional curiosity are essential.

We are looking for someone who can see themselves in several of these points

• You have a social care background – for example as a social pædagog (social pedagogue) – and contribute with relevant experience that can be included in Team 5’s overall professional foundation.
• You thrive in value-based work where respect for the resident's individuality, personal integrity and right to self- and co-determination govern the professional effort.
• You naturally work with dialogue, collaboration and cross-cutting holistic view – both in daily collegial cooperation and in interaction with resident and relatives.
• You have courage for change readiness and learning and are curious about both your own and shared practice, so we continually can develop and qualify the Team 5 effort.
• You value influence and co-determination and actively contribute to shared reflection, planning and development of the team's professionalism and workflows.
• You can work structured with pedagogical analyses, methods, structures and development processes that ensure both compensation for functional impairments and optimal development conditions.

Your central tasks in the new soloist offer

Team 5 is a special arrangement focusing on an intensive and targeted effort around one resident. The aim is to create a daily life characterized by safety, wellbeing and clarity – thereby supporting the development of the resident's personal competencies.

Your tasks will include among other things

• Translating Gydehøj's shared core task into concrete practice in the resident's home, so the resident experiences privacy, homeliness, coherence and meaningful daily activities.
• Creating an environment where the resident experiences safety, presence, security, belonging and attachment – and where own feelings are perceived as legitimate and okay.
• Working with holistic pedagogical support that includes practical help, structure and guidance and at the same time ensures compensation for functional impairments through targeted pedagogical methods and analyses.
• Being curious about the resident's initiatives and signals, ensuring they are perceived and made a subject for joint reflection and action in the team, so the effort continuously adapts to the resident's current needs.
• Supporting the resident's experience of being valued, useful and meaningful, and actively working with the resident's social contacts and familial relationships.
• Ensuring that the resident is presented with relevant and clear offers, experiences and choices that can increase quality of life, life skills and the sense of one's own resources.

You will join a team that continually works to strengthen the shared professionalism so that the framework around the resident is stable, safe and in constant professional development.

Positions are 37 hours with start date January 1, 2027.

Salary according to applicable collective agreement. You will be employed as a social pedagogue or as a care and pedagogue assistant, depending on your educational background.

Criminal record checks will be obtained in connection with the employment.
