We are seeking a guest day-care provider in the town of Hjørring, especially in the North area

The day care's vision is that children come "Best from the start”. We work purposefully to ensure that all children aged 0-3 have the best conditions for well-being, development and learning. We do this through:

• Dialogue, involvement and competence development

We are looking for someone who can

• Create safe and development-promoting relationships with the children and support their well-being, development and learning
• Lead and take responsibility for the child smallest zone of development
• Be an attentive and playful adult who follows the children's initiatives, actively participates in play and creates good opportunities for all children to participate
• Engage in an equal and respectful collaboration with parents
• Actively contribute to the professional community with colleagues, day-care pedagogues and management
• Work independently in your own home while also being part of the day cares community
• Contribute with a good mood that spreads joy and a reassuring atmosphere around you
• Use digital tools in daily work and in communication with parents, colleagues and management
• Be flexible and thrive with changes and new tasks

About the job

• Your home must be approved for day care
• The working hours are 48 hours per week – compensation is provided in accordance with the collective agreement
• You can receive up to 5 children, who may come from different day care colleagues – meaning you do not have fixed enrolled children
• You plan the day with a focus on children's well-being, development and learning in a homely environment
• You participate in pedagogical full-day playgroup every other week
• You will be assigned a day care pedagogue who guides and consults with you
• Pedagogical education is not a requirement – the most important is that you want to learn and develop in the pedagogical field
• You must be flexible and thrive with changes and new tasks
• Plan the day with a focus on safety, well-being and learning in a homely environment
• You should be curious and proactive regarding colleagues' children – e.g., by participating in a playgroup
• Able to build trust and relationships in meeting with different parents
