WorkForce Denmark is seeking on behalf of a nationwide building materials chain employees for the construction departments in Køge, Næstved, Ringsted and Slagelse .

We are looking for you who are trained and/or experienced tradesperson and are eager to use your experience and professional knowledge in a new way.

Maybe after many years in the trade you have felt like trying something else. You still want to work with construction, materials and tools – but you no longer want to be the one who stands out on the construction site and performs the work - You don’t have to either.

Use your head and your experience – not just your hands

In the construction department you will become the professional sparring partner that customers can turn to when they need to find the right solution for their building project.

You will, among other things

• Advise customers on building materials, tools and solutions
• Help customers choose the right products
• Use your practical experience to understand and solve customers’ challenges
• Answer technical questions and guide customers further
• Ensure that the department is presentable and well stocked
• Collaborate with your colleagues to give customers a good experience

You do not necessarily have to be a classic salesperson.

You should be the skilled tradesperson who understands how to guide and help the customer

You do not need to put your professional skills on hold just because you no longer want to be an on-site tradesperson.
