Hammershøj School in Viborg Municipality seeks an engaged pedagogue assistant for a fixed-term position from 1 November 2026 to 9 July 2027.

At Hammershøj School we are looking for a pedagogy assistant for our SFO for 22 hours per week.

Hammershøj School is a well-functioning and ambitious school, located in lovely green surroundings, and where School and SFO continuously work with Viborg Municipality's aims. Our shared vision is that all children should have light in their eyes and master their own life. We want a school where all children should become as capable as they can, while well-being is at the top.

Our new employee must

• Be able to maintain calm, overview and decisiveness, even in challenging situations.
• Thrive in a daily life with many different tasks and be able to prioritize them appropriately.
• Be clear and present in his/her communication and boundary-setting with the children.
• See the parents as important partners around the child's well-being and development.
• Dare to bring your own competencies and perspectives into play in both the pedagogical work and collaboration with colleagues.

Hammershøj School is a school where we as a rule have a track (0th grade – 9th grade) – though there are exceptions. We are about 200 pupils and about 38 staff.

The SFO is housed at the school and has about 50 children enrolled. The school is located in the eastern part of Viborg Municipality. We are fortunate to be in school community with Ørum School from 1 August 2023. You can read more about our school and Viborg Municipality's visions here:
