Disability support helper wanted – day/evening – Is it you I'm looking for?

I am a 74-year-old woman who has sclerosis, and uses an electric wheelchair. I live with my husband on a farm in Fårup, 17 km from Randers. I am a very positive person, and if you are helping me, you are part of the family.

I need help with everything, and therefore I am seeking another helper for a permanent position.

Your tasks include everything, among other things

• Personal care.
• Help with bathing and dressing.
• Cooking and shopping.
• Cleaning.
• Accompaniment outside the house.

Additionally you will become part of the family's everyday life, so it is important that the chemistry between us is right.

About you

• You are a mature woman.
• You must have a valid driver’s license (B).
• It is an advantage if you have experience driving a handicap bus, but not a requirement.
• You are smiling, positive and take time to listen to me.
• You have a sense of humor.
• You can work independently and at a calm pace.
• You thrive well in a stable team that uses each other across and supports covering for vacations and illness.

The job with me

My team consists of three permanent employees, all of whom have been with me for several years. The team runs shifts in a fixed 6-week cycle, so you always know your duty roster. On a monthly cycle you can expect 10 to 11 shifts in the time window 07:45 – 22:25. If you wish for 5-6 shifts in a monthly cycle, there are possibilities to accommodate that.

Number of hours: 15 hours or 30 hours per week.

Start: as soon as possible.

These tasks are planned by the individual supervisor. The pay for the helper depends on which supervisor you perform the work for.

It is the municipality's economic assessment and regulations we follow and pay according to. All information about pay will of course be available via your helper profile. All helpers receive holiday pay of 12.5% of the wages, which is paid into Feriekonto.
