Hands-on worker for building custom equipment for service vehicles

Do you have a flair for craftsmanship and enjoy creating practical solutions that work in reality? Do you thrive with varied tasks where you help find the best solution yourself? Then you might be the person we are looking for to build and fit out service and cargo vans.

You will become part of an experienced team that develops and installs tailor-made inventory solutions for tradespeople and companies. The tasks range from measuring and tailoring to assembling and finishing tool cabinets, shelves and storage systems.

The work mainly takes place in wood and aluminum, and you get great influence on the finished solution. You do not work from detailed working drawings, but instead you receive a handover of the task and are responsible for measuring and execution.

Arbejdsopgaver

• Measuring and preparing service and cargo vans
• Manufacture of specialized custom inventory solutions
• Installation of tool cabinets, shelves and storage systems
• Cutting and processing of wood and aluminum
• Repair and adaptation of existing vehicle interiors
• Light technical installations and cable routing
• Assembly and final installation
• Ongoing quality assurance of the work

We envision that you

• Have practical experience and a good pair of hands
• Have worked with wood, inventory construction or similar
• Are used to measuring and working precisely
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are solution-oriented and can think creatively when the task requires it
• Value quality and thoroughness highly
• Can follow a task through to completion

Your background could for example be

• Carpenter
• Joiner or cabinetmaker
• Kitchen installer
• Inventory installer
• Body shop worker
• Or similar practical experience with assembly, build-out or custom-made solutions

It is not a requirement to be a trained tradesperson. The most important is that you have experience building, adapting and assembling solutions and the desire to deliver a high-quality craftsmanship result.

Working hours

Monday - Thursday: 07.00 - 15.00

Friday: 07.00 - 14.30

Location

The position is located in the area around Ejby on Funen.

This is a Try & Hire arrangement with the possibility of permanent employment after the initial period for the right candidate.
