Who are we?

Rosenholm is a 24/7 social-pedagogical offering in Herning Municipality. Here live 48 adults with developmental disabilities and various diagnoses and life conditions, distributed across five round-the-clock units. In addition Rosenholm also contains day services and respite services.

We work with citizens who need close support and contact through all waking hours.

Our everyday life is characterized by structure, predictability and high professional quality, where we plan individual daily programs and work based on common method descriptions.

Our professional foundation is built on Low Arousal, KRAP and neuropædagogik, and we believe that the best results are created through relationships, professional reflection and strong collaboration.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is educated as a pedagogue, occupational therapist, SSA and wants to work with adults with significant functional impairments. Experience with the target group is an advantage – but engagement and curiosity are equally important.
• Sees value in strong interdisciplinary collaboration and contributes positively to the community.
• Works professionally, loyally and takes responsibility for both citizens and colleagues.
• Can stay calm and offer a stable nervous system, even when citizens react with outwardly acting or challenging behavior.
• Wants to work in a structured way and thrives with clear frames and common methods – with us we believe that uniform practice creates the most security for the citizens.
• Puts documentation as an important part of the pedagogical effort. We work in Cura Social.
• Is prepared to work in a 24/7 facility with rotating shifts, including evening, weekend and holiday work.

Employment

The position is a permanent full-time role of 30-37 hours per week and is desired to be filled as soon as possible.

You will participate in rotating shifts in the time window 7.00-22.30 with work every 3rd weekend – or every 2nd weekend, if desired. We can offer 12-hour shifts.

Salary and employment terms are arranged according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of Ny Løn.
