Do you want to spend some afternoon hours on creative activities, presence and pedagogical support for a young girl in Odense?

About the assignment

You will become an important support for a young girl who lives at home with her parents in Odense. She enjoys creative activities and gladly participates in various activities in her club. However, she can be very shy at the start, and therefore it is important that you have patience and give the relationship time to develop.

The girl has a developmental disability and needs close pedagogical support and guidance in everyday life. She benefits from clear frameworks, calm guidance and an acknowledging approach. Your task will be to support her in different everyday activities and create cozy and meaningful afternoons after school.

You can, for example, draw, make beads or take small trips out of the house. The most important is that you can be present, start activities and create a safe relationship at a pace that suits her.

There may be light guidance in connection with personal care, but she is overall self-reliant.

About you

It is an advantage if you have experience with pedagogical support – preferably from a residential home, activity offers or similar support roles. You are good at creating structure and taking initiative for activities, while being able to meet the girl calmly and patiently.

If you have creative interests or a desire to initiate small activities, that would be a great advantage.

Working hours

3 hours weekly either in the afternoon or evening.
