For citizens with special needs, the daily transport to and from school, rehabilitation, etc. is crucial for how daily life hangs together, at HB-Care we are proud of our drivers. They make everyday life a little easier, not only for the citizens but also for their relatives. When we see the joy and the smile, we know that we are making a difference. A little about the job

We guarantee you a minimum of 35 hours per week.

We are looking for you who

• Want to make a difference for others in your working life
• Are service-minded and caring
• Are reliable and diligent
• Are proficient in Danish in writing and speaking
• Have a valid driving license for either bus operation or taxi:
• Bus: driving license category D/EP, EU qualification certificate for bus, driving license
• Taxi: taxi driver certificate
• Have the courses in Transportation of mobility-impaired people (BAB 1, 2, 3A and 3B)

Development opportunities

Your well-being and development are important to us. You will be assigned a mentor who helps you get started. In addition, we ensure throughout your career to upgrade your competencies continuously through our internal training department.

You will, among other things, have the opportunity to participate in courses within the use of stair climbing machines, patient transportation, driving-rest periods, injury prevention and many other exciting courses.

If you are interested there is also the possibility to become a mentor yourself or develop further within our organization.

The practical

We plan fixed routes based on where the bus starts, and we strive to ensure that you can take the bus home if the route suits.

As a driver with us we ensure security in employment. Your employment is under orderly conditions according to the applicable collective agreement.
