Mor Anna lies in the middle of the Latinerkvarteret in Aarhus city centre. In addition to the Mor Anna shop itself, we also produce bread and pastries for the Casablanca family’s restaurants - Casablanca, Sjette Fredereiks Kro and Restaurant Tangkroen. There are 7 people on the Mor Anna team, as well as our shop manager and some sweet dedicated young women who take good care of our customers.

Your profile

As a head baker you must be able to keep a cool head and maintain an overview – even when Mor Anna is busy.
