About the job | Leadership of specialists, operations and development

As Claims Chief you will have overall responsibility for Tryg's Regres area and lead a department with about 18 Regres specialists as well as a student team. The student team is led daily by a student coordinator who reports to you, and whom you collaborate closely with on prioritization, development and capacity management.

In close collaboration with the department's Head of Practice you ensure high quality, good results and the ongoing development of the area. You will also be an important partner for the claims organization and contribute to strengthening the Regres effort across the business.

Your primary areas of responsibility are to

• Lead and develop the department's Regres specialists and student team
• Ensure well-being, professional development and smooth running of operations
• Set direction, monitor targets and ensure results within the Regres area
• Drive process improvements and strengthen the Regres potential across the claims organization
• Contribute to the strategic development of the area in collaboration with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden and Norway as well as Tryg's AI development unit

• Have experience with tort law and preferably a legal background

• Have experience with process improvements and change management
