Moment Professionals is seeking on behalf of AL Sydbank a commercial director for the bank's Silkeborg branch. We are looking for a relationship-driven corporate profile who can lead the corporate business in a town with great growth potential. The role suits you who want to spend your week on customers, networking and people management without relinquishing professionalism, and who are motivated to lead from the front rather than from the desk.

Your everyday work at AL Sydbank

You will be responsible for the corporate department at Søndergade 25, where you will lead five competent colleagues and be part of a house of about 25 people. You will join the local management team together with the private director and report to the regional director for Central Jutland.

About 30 percent of your time goes to your own client portfolio, which you build yourself, and 30 percent to networking and new client relationships: You cultivate the relationships in the town, pick up the phone, book the meetings and are happy to bring a advisor along. The remaining 40 percent is management close to the business: 1:1 discussions, sparring before and after client meetings, daily training, and leading the culture, together with advisers who are among the bank's most capable.

You will receive training and sparring in leadership from day one, both in the bank's own leadership programs and in daily dialogue with the area director.

The clients range from the local craftsman to large companies, and behind you are the bank's specialists in, among other things, leasing, international, cash management, and company pension. Private banking and investment are close at hand in daily operations and form part of your extended team of specialists. The path to decisions is short: credit cases go directly from you to the lending department.

Leadership in Silkeborg is carried out by showing up. You are in the department every weekday, and part of the networking work takes place outside normal working hours when business life meets for sports and networking events in the city, including in Business Silkeborg. On the other hand, there is full flexibility when life requires it.

The foundation

• You have experience as a commercial director or head of commercial, or you are a driven senior business advisor ready for your first leadership role.
• You come from the financial sector with solid credit understanding and experience with corporate clients of various sizes.
• You live within about an hour's drive of Silkeborg and want to be a visible part of the town's business life.
