At GreenCarGear we are looking for an outgoing Sales and Customer Care Manager who thrives in a small team, takes responsibility, and who truly enjoys having contact with customers. We sell equipment and various accessories for electric cars – and yes, it’s moving fast

ABOUT GREENCARGEAR APS

GreenCarGear started in 2020 in a small home office with a big passion for electric cars. Since then we have grown from a small garage to a newly built domicile of about 3,300 m² in Middelfart, with our own showroom, warehouse and office.

We are an e-certified webshop, and in 2026 we opened the international market with launches in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, and more countries will follow in 2027. We have our own product line, GCG MAX, and take great pride in delivering world-class customer service.

YOUR PRIMARY TASKS

o Customer service via email (Zendesk).

o Customer service on the phone.

o Advising customers before and after purchase.

o Contribute to improving processes, the customer journey and workflows.

o Help to launch new markets.

o Work with products in Shopify

o Close collaboration with the rest of the team on daily operations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

o Has a desire to create- and develop your own position.

o Takes clear responsibility and ownership – and follows through on tasks.

o Works independently, but thrives in a small team.

o Has at least 2 years of experience with customer contact (customer service, sales or support).

o Technically inclined and preferably with an interest in electric cars and gadgets.

o Can communicate in a clear and professional tone to our customers.

o Can communicate in written English.

o Understands the concept of freedom with responsibility – and lives by it.

o Is flexible and not intimidated by juggling many tasks and varying duties.

PRACTICAL

o Workplace: Skærgårdsvej 4, 5500 Middelfart.

o Part-time 20-30 hours (with good potential for full-time)

o Pension after 3 months.

o Salary commensurate with qualifications.
