About the position

As department head you will have overall responsibility for 20-25 audit assistants at one of our accounting offices. You will be responsible for both daily operations, employee development and the ongoing strengthening of our accounting business.

You will become part of the leadership team in the accounting department, which works purposefully to develop our products, workflows and customer experience. Therefore you will have a central role in translating strategy into concrete results and creating the right framework for the department's continued development.

The position follows a natural seasonal rhythm. In peak season the focus is on operations, prioritization and delivering high quality to customers, while autumn more provides opportunities for development, optimization, planning and implementation of new initiatives.

Your main tasks are

• Ensure efficient operations, high quality and timeliness in the agreements
• Lead, motivate and develop employees so they succeed professionally and personally
• Ensure optimal capacity and resource planning in close collaboration with fellow leaders
• Contribute to the strategic development of our accounting business, products and customer experience
• Drive the implementation of new workflows and development initiatives

You likely have a relevant higher education, but we value your leadership competences and experience even more than the specific educational background. Industry knowledge is not a prerequisite.
