At Bravida in Kalundborg you will be responsible for a cross-disciplinary unit working with contracts in the order of DKK 15-50 million. You take over an existing portfolio and at the same time take a central role in developing the department's future business. As part of a region in development you will have the opportunity to put your own imprint on both the department's direction and the overall growth strategy.

In the role you will be an important partner for customers, employees and colleagues across Bravida's organization. You will work closely with other departments and actively participate in the region's strategic development.

Your tasks will include

• Leadership and development of a cross-disciplinary department with a focus on well-being, quality and business development
• Responsible for contracts in the order of DKK 15-50 million
• Maintenance and development of strong relationships with both existing and new customers
• Sales and development of new business opportunities in the local area
• Preparation and follow-up on the department's budgets and financial targets
• Implementation of strategies and action plans in close cooperation with regional management
• Ensuring strong collaboration across disciplines and Bravida's organization
• Leadership, motivation and professional sparring of employees, including in pressurized situations

We imagine that you

• Have cross-disciplinary knowledge within one or more of our disciplines: Ventilation, HVAC or Electrical
• Have substantial experience in leadership, operation and development of a department or business unit
• Have documented experience with contracting projects and financial management
• Are strong at creating and maintaining customer relationships
• Have sharp strategic understanding and can translate strategy into concrete results
• Thrive in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and preferably English
• Have a motivating, engaging and present leadership style
