Do you want to lead the way in shaping a department that turns strategic priorities into concrete digital deliveries? As Head of Department for Enterprise and GridTech Delivery you will play a central role in developing the area so that it has a high delivery precision. You create overview, clear priorities and a close collaboration between the business, the strategic decision forums and the teams that deliver the solutions.

You create coherence between strategy, product management and digital deliveries

You will become part of the area Enterprise and GridTech Solutions, where we are responsible for developing, delivering and managing the digital solutions and services that support Energinet's energy infrastructure, the corporate entities' business processes and employees.

You step into a period of organizational development, where the focus is on clear leadership roles, faster decisions and better collaboration across Energinet, and you will play a central role in the process.

In the department Enterprise and GridTech Delivery you will, together with your team, be responsible for being the link between Energinet's strategic ambitions and the concrete deliveries across value streams, product teams and platforms. The department ensures that business strategy, investments, roadmaps and deliveries point in the same direction and support the goals we work towards.

You have personnel responsibility for 10 skilled specialists, and the team works among other things with product management, portfolio management and cross-cutting delivery management. You must bring together the right expertise around a common direction and create simple processes with clear roles and responsibilities.

You translate strategic priorities into concrete results

Your primary task will be to build the organizational engine that makes strategy, product management and execution hang together. You do not own individual systems or projects. You take responsibility for value creation between business needs and the digital deliveries.

Your most important tasks will be to

• create coherence between business strategy, investment plans, product roadmaps and concrete deliveries
• drive cross-functional prioritization and planning and create transparency about capacity, progress, risks and value creation
• develop product management as a central competence and establish common methods and processes
• ensure that dependencies and critical decisions are handled early across teams, products and platforms
• work closely with the business, the central PMO, strategic business partners, architecture and delivery functions to mature needs and translate decisions into action

You combine strategic overview with effective execution

We expect you to have solid leadership experience and have worked with complex digital deliveries in a larger organization. You have experience translating strategy into priorities, roadmaps and concrete results and can rally support across disciplines and organizational units.

We especially value that you

• have experience with product management, portfolio management, value streams or larger cross-cutting deliveries
• have experience with portfolio and delivery management, such as Lean Portfolio Management or similar models for cross-cutting prioritization and governance
• work in a structured way with capacity, dependencies, risks and value realization
• can challenge decisions constructively and translate them into action
• communicate clearly and collaborate trustfully with both leaders, business and specialists

As a leader you are clear about the framework and expectations, while also giving your employees the mandate to take responsibility. You can maintain the necessary priorities and know that new processes only create value when they work in practice.
