About the job

At SDCC we are currently strengthening the digital learning offerings for people with diabetes in collaboration with the nation's other Steno Centers. Therefore we are seeking a nurse, doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional with a strong digital profile who can contribute to the development of our digital learning products. We are in the midst of an exciting development process, where we are converting our competency development activities to a digital-first approach.

This means that we increasingly develop digital learning products that can be used by people with diabetes, their relatives and health professionals.

As an employee with us you will have an important role in the development of our digital learning products. You must be able to bring your health professional knowledge into play and at the same time want to work with how professional knowledge is best translated into engaging and user-friendly digital learning. You should want to work at the intersection of diabetes expertise, teaching, learning and digital technologies – and to exploit the possibilities AI provides in our development processes.

About us

You will become part of the competency development team, which reports to the Department of Knowledge Dissemination and Competence Development and consists of 11 employees. In the department, profiles with health, learning, technical, administrative and communicative backgrounds work side by side and create strong opportunities for sparring and knowledge sharing. So you will have close cooperation with many different professional backgrounds – both internally and across SDCC.

The job

As a department it is crucial that we collectively master the professional, pedagogical, digital, dissemination and visual aspects of online learning. We take care to ensure that our learning products are based on a solid professional foundation, while at the same time they are perceived as relevant, user-friendly and engaging.

You must have a strong health-professional profile and experience with digital learning that makes a difference. You must be able to translate your professional knowledge into teaching and learning content and be willing to experiment with new digital formats and technologies.

Your tasks include, among others

  • Contribute to the development and quality assurance of digital learning products within diabetes
  • Translate health professional knowledge into engaging and pedagogical digital learning tailored to different target groups
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning specialists, communications staff and technical colleagues on the development of learning products
  • Contribute to the development of e-learning, interactive learning activities, videos, podcasts and other digital formats
  • Ad hoc tasks within teaching, learning and health professional dissemination.

We do not expect you to master everything from the start, but we would like to hear what you can contribute – perhaps it is precisely your competencies we need.

Qualifications

We expect that you

  • are a nurse, doctor, physiotherapist or have another relevant health professional education
  • have experience with digital learning and digital technologies
  • have experience in developing and delivering teaching
  • can translate complex health professional knowledge into clear, relevant and engaging dissemination
  • am curious about new digital possibilities and want to test new technologies and ways of working
  • have good collaboration skills and can build relationships across professions
  • work carefully, flexibly and with good situational awareness
  • can work independently, but also thrive in close interdisciplinary collaboration.

It is a clear advantage if you have strong diabetes-related competencies or experience from the diabetes field.

We expect that you have experience with digital teaching or development of digital learning products – for example e-learning, LMS/CMS, video, podcasts, interactive learning activities or other digital formats. You do not need to be a technical specialist. The most important is that you have experience with and enthusiasm for working digitally and can see the possibilities in combining your health professional with new forms of learning.

Employment terms

The position is a full-time role (37 hours per week).

You will be employed under the collective agreement applicable to you, depending on your educational background. With a health professional background, it will be one of the following collective agreements:

  • Collective agreement for junior doctors between Danish regions and junior doctors
  • Collective agreement for Non-leading staff at the Health Cartel area
  • Collective agreement for non-leading occupational therapists, physiotherapists and midwives
  • Any Collective Agreement for Academics employed in regions etc.

Start as soon as possible.

Application procedure

If you have questions you cannot find answers to above, you are welcome to contact team leader Mads Kamper-Jørgensen at 51 94 45 39.

The application deadline is 5 November 2026.

If you have not heard from us by 10 November 2026, you have not been called to the first interview. First and second interviews will be held in week 47.

Motivated application, CV and educational certificates are sent via the link on this page.
