About the job
Are you wild about an unpredictable everyday life with the possibility of a home-working day per week, and do you enjoy friendly colleagues? Then you may be our new employee.
We are looking for a committed, initiative-taking and professionally skilled medical secretary/SAK for a permanent position in the Dementia Team in the Neurology Clinic. The position is 37 hours per week with commencement on 1 December 2026 or by agreement. We require that you are a trained medical secretary/health administrative coordinator to be considered for the position. The Neurology Department has implemented speech recognition, so there will not be much writing for us.
Your future colleagues are engaged, responsible, positive and stable. We are proud of our profession, set demands on ourselves and each other, and enjoy challenges as well as value development in close interdisciplinary collaboration so that everyday life runs smoothly. Neurology is a dynamic department with several subspecialties and therefore very diverse patient groups. The medical secretary group is normed to 29 full-time positions, distributed across the subspecialties in the Neurology Clinic, Neurophysiology Clinic, three ward units and two acute day wards.
As an employee in the Neurology Clinic you will have varied tasks, which besides planning patient pathways, include days when you man the reception, as well as covering the emergency phone line. There will also be the possibility of home-working days if you wish. It is characteristic of the Neurology Clinic that we help each other across subspecialties, and are involved in recognizing colleagues' resources and the opportunities that present themselves. This applies both mono- and cross-disciplinary.
We are a department where the secretaries' contributions are highly valued, and we believe you can also contribute something very special.

- are goal-oriented, have drive and take initiative and responsibility
- have your own opinions, which you manage to communicate constructively
- appreciate a well-functioning cross-disciplinary collaboration, where there is respect for each other’s professionalism and competences.
We offer
- fantastic colleagues with good humor – who know the importance of taking good care of each other
- exciting professional challenges
- a spacious organization with room and responsiveness for you to make your mark on the way we do things
- a really good collaboration in the department, both cross- and mono-disciplinary
- possibility of home working
- own areas of responsibility
