Helhedsplejen Præstø is looking for a colleague to assist with cleaning and practical help

You do more than cleaning – you make a difference!

Do you enjoy cleaning, creating good surroundings and making a difference for other people? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

We are looking for an engaged colleague who wants to help elderly citizens with cleaning and practical tasks in their own homes.

You do not need a specific education. The most important thing is that you want the job, take responsibility and meet the citizens with respect and a good mood.

We do it together with the citizen – not just for the citizen

In The Comprehensive Care Præstø (Helhedsplejen Præstø) we work from a rehabilitative approach. This means that we support citizens in using their own resources and actively participate in the tasks they can perform themselves.

When you clean at a citizen's home, it is therefore not only about a clean home, but also about motivating and involving the citizen so that they preserve as much independence as possible in everyday life.

Your primary tasks will be cleaning and practical help. In addition, you will be trained in some care and health act tasks, e.g., dispensing medication according to current instructions.

We imagine that you

• Want to clean and take pride in a good piece of work
• Can motivate and involve citizens in everyday tasks
• Work independently and responsibly
• Are reliable and meet others with respect and a good mood
• Want to learn new things
• Have a driver's license

With us you get

• A meaningful and independent job
• Thorough introduction and training
• Good colleagues and a strong sense of workplace community
• Visible and engaged management

You will become part of The Comprehensive Care Præstø, which consists of two teams, of which you will mainly be attached to Team West that covers parts of Præstø and Bårse/Lundby.
