Helper wanted for a man in Kolding

Hi, my name is Jannik, I am a 47-year-old man, living in Kolding, with my wife and our two older children. I have multiple sclerosis, and I sit in a manual wheelchair, my legs do not function, and one arm also struggles a bit.

I am seeking a helper for around 20-22 hours per week, distributed over 2 weekdays.

I love anything with a motor, handball (my children both play, and I would like to be part of it), and being social with friends and family. I care that my home and garden are neat and tidy. I enjoy being able to go to work, and I focus on completing my training.

I am always in a good mood and I think I have a fantastic sense of humor 😂

I need help with transfers, assistance with personal care, preparation of my meals, among other things.

I need help with the practical everyday tasks, help to get to and from work, training, etc. I have a handicap car that I can drive myself.

My home is my and my family's sanctuary. So it's important you understand that you are employed in my private home. I am sociable by nature, but I get tired quickly and need rest, so I can be there for my family. So you must have situational awareness and be able to step back when I don't need your help. So you must be adaptable and able to cope with busy days, but also days when there is nothing, and therefore you are comfortable in your own company.

Chemistry between us is everything; the rest we'll figure out together, as long as you are quick to learn and responsive.

I am looking for someone who has a fresh personality and can tolerate my humor 😂 Gender and age have no preferences for me, as long as you are mature, have situational awareness, and are responsible.

You must be physically and mentally robust

Can work independently and identify tasks that need doing, and is practically minded, and has a sense of order; my head functions best when my home is neat and tidy.

You must be able to accept that we are in my home, can entertain yourself, be responsible and can take oral guidance.

Be aware of good hygiene!!

You must be flexible and able to step in during illness/holiday.
