About us

Odense Friplejehjem Provstegaardshjemmet is a private nursing home with room for 72 residents distributed across three departments.

Our residents have different somatic illnesses and issues, and we also have residents with dementia.

We work every day to give our residents the best possible life in old age. Residents have different needs in everyday life, and we emphasize meeting them in their initiatives as well as creating security, presence and structure.

About the evening shift

In the evening shift there are always three employees on duty in each department. This creates a strong community, good collaboration relationships and the opportunity to support each other in both professional and practical tasks.

The position is 28 hours per week, and the working hours are between 15:00 and 23:00.

Work is carried out in a fixed evening shift in a 5-2 rota, with weekend shift every other weekend in even weeks.

Reason periods run in a fixed 16-week cycle.

There is the possibility to take time off/vacation for up to 6 weekends per year, which provides good opportunities to plan leisure and family life.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
