We are looking for more skilled excavator operators in Hillerød for permanent work with earthworks, sewers and construction.

This is for you who know the excavator so well that you don’t just think about how to operate it.

You think about what the next part of the job requires .

🚜 2–9 tons will be your primary home turf

You will mainly work with excavators from around 2–9 tons , with occasional work on machines up to around 15 tons .

The tasks include

🔹 Excavation

🔹 Sewer and pipe work

🔹 Earth and civil engineering work

🔹 Terrain leveling

🔹 Work around pipe laying

🔹 Other contracting tasks

It requires both machine experience and an understanding of the work going on around you.

For the pipe layer, you’re rarely impressed by how fast you can dig...

...if he then has to spend two hours fixing the bottom. 😉

💪 We want an independent excavator operator

You must be able to take responsibility and make sensible decisions along the way.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as an excavator operator
• Have worked with earth, sewer or construction
• Can work independently
• Have an eye for precision
• Take responsibility for the machine and equipment
• Work well with others
• Are reliable in attendance
• Have driving license B

If you have BE , that’s a plus.

In short, we’re looking for people who don’t need to have construction work explained from the ground up.

🔧 Reality doesn’t always match the drawing

Therefore experience matters.

You must be able to respond sensibly when space is tight, conditions change, or something isn’t exactly where you expected.

Not with

“We’re just trying.”

But with

“Let’s take a look at it.”
