Hi! My name is Vibeke, and I am looking for a new helper who wants to become a part of my daily life.

I am 64 years old, live in Virum and live with multiple sclerosis, and I use a wheelchair. I love writing fiction, have published two books so far and I am interested in culture, the world around me and a healthy lifestyle. For me, freedom and independence are of utmost importance, and this is where you come in.

What is the job about? As my helper your task will be to assist me with the things I cannot manage myself. It ranges from personal care and practical tasks at home to activities outside the home. I am looking for someone who can find the right balance: to be there when I need help, but also know when to step back so I can maintain my autonomy.

Who are you? You are responsible, flexible and reliable. We have a really good team with a lovely chemistry, and I am looking for someone who naturally fits into this community. Since I live in a non-smoking home, I am looking for someone who shares this preference.

The practical

• Extent: 5-6 shifts per month (14-15 hours per shift).
• Start: Early November with a training period (1-2 shifts and a staff meeting), after which we run with the full program from December 1.
• Times: Weekdays (8-23) and weekends/holidays (9-23).
• Employment: Occurs via DUOS, which handles payroll and contract etc.
• I have a car available and therefore a driver's license is required.
