We are still looking for the nurse who will take the clinical leadership in our strong, interdisciplinary team. Are you ready for complex nursing, innovation and a daily life at eye level?

We must honestly admit that we didn’t find our new colleague in the first place – so now we’ll try again. At Home Care and Nursing in Strøby we are looking for a nurse who is passionate about complex nursing and who wants to be part of a modern team where we work on an equal footing across professional groups.

The position is initially 37 hours in the primary day shift (7:00–15:00 or 7:00–13:00) with a weekend shift every 4th weekend – but if you have other wishes for the number of hours, we’re happy to have a talk about it.

Therefore we have a strong cluster collaboration with Hårlev for mono-disciplinary sparring and a close collaboration with the dementia coordinator and dietitian.

This is you

• You have experience: You have at least 1 year of clinical experience under your belt.
• You take the lead: You know your professional competencies and can exercise strong clinical decision-making in a complex and diverse everyday life.
• You are a true team player: You see the value in contributing different competencies to the team and you meet colleagues as well as citizens with an inclusive, humane view.
• You are curious: You are motivated by innovation, digital solutions (such as screen care and AI) and you want to spar with our students and trainees.
• You have a driving license.
