Holmsland Børnehus seeks educator in a permanent position as of 1 November

We are seeking an educator in a permanent position of 30-35 hours per week with a start date of 1 November or as soon as possible in the kindergarten.

About Holmsland Børnehus

Holmsland Børnehus is an integrated institution with both nursery and kindergarten children. Just before the summer holidays in 2026 we moved into new, lovely premises by Holmsland School, where we are now closely connected with both the school and the after-school program (SFO), and where together we will continue to develop and shape a new kindergarten house. Holmsland Børnehus is part of Holmsland Helhed in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality.

We work as one united team across nursery and kindergarten. We help each other, share our knowledge and experience, and take joint responsibility for all the children and tasks in the house. For us, it is important that we succeed together – both professionally and as people.

In everyday life, we meet children, parents and colleagues with recognition, respect, acceptance and equality. We want to create an environment where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

With a basis in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality’s common view of children and young people and the strengthened pedagogical learning plan, we plan and develop our pedagogical practice. We have a particular focus on creating strong pedagogical learning environments, good child communities and a daily life with room for the child perspective.

We work with observation, reflection, development and evaluation so that all children get the best opportunities for well-being, learning, play, development, formation and language activities.

We are looking for you who

• can create a safe, predictable and recognizable everyday life with routines, structure, calm and continuity
• are academically sound, curious and reflective about your own practice and contribute to a shared pedagogical work
• are strong in collaboration with both parents and colleagues and contribute actively to a professional, positive and respectful working environment
• are prepared to work within our opening hours, which run from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
