We are still looking for the nurse who will take clinical leadership in our strong, multidisciplinary team. Are you ready for complex nursing, innovation and a day-to-day life at eye level?

We must honestly admit that we didn’t find our new colleague initially – so now we try again. At Home- and Nursing in Strøby we are looking for a nurse who is passionate about complex nursing and who wants to be part of a modern team where we work on an equal footing across professional groups.

The position is generally on 37 hours in primary daytime shift (7:00–15:00 or 7:00–13:00) with weekend duty every 4th weekend – but if you have other preferences for the number of hours, we are happy to discuss it.

This is you

• You have experience: You have at least 1 year of clinical experience under your belt.
• You take the lead: You know your professional competencies and are able to exercise strong clinical decision-making in a complex and diverse daily life.
• You are a true team player: You see the value in contributing with different competencies in the team and meet colleagues as well as citizens with an inclusive view of people.
• You are curious: You are motivated by innovation, digital solutions (such as screen-based care and AI) and want to spar with our students and apprentices.
• You have a driving license.
