We are looking for an experienced team leader who is a specialist in guest experiences and guiding enthusiastic colleagues. A driving leader who can navigate the complexity of being on the floor and develop both colleagues and approaches that ensure increased guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and business growth. You should be ready to lead from the front in direct operations and be “on the floor” with your colleagues when the restaurant is full of happy guests – because we collect Happy Colleagues and Happy Guests.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement workflows to improve guest experiences and ensure high employee satisfaction.
• Work closely with the restaurant manager to create a coherent experience for our guests.
• Monitor and evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a sparring partner for the management team on questions regarding guest service and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with guest service, management or related areas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating lasting and positive guest relationships.
• Motivation to create followership and competence development among colleagues
