Gladsaxe Municipality has 6 integrated care groups with different locations, and you will be attached to the group in area North.

In Gladsaxe Municipality we have chosen to have cross-disciplinary teams with both social- and health assistants, social- and health helpers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses.

It means that we, in close collaboration with our cross-disciplinary colleagues, must increase focus on working rehabilitatively in our daily life. We must support citizens in being as independent as possible in everyday life, and they should be more involved in the support they receive. We must use our competencies and professional judgments in daily life, and practice involving different professionalities in the work with citizens. We must make each other look good, and help each other create coherence in the citizen's progression.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is according to the applicable agreement with FOA as well as the principles in Ny Løn.
