The residences in Skovlunde are a social-pedagogical residential facility with 33 fantastic citizens. With us there are social educators, care assistants, and health-care staff employed. We are looking for substitutes who are as passionate about the target group as we are, and who can, among other things, fill in during holidays and illness.

Based on the citizens’ self-determination and the individual’s resources and needs, we strive to provide the best conditions for living a good life.

The working hours are planned between 7:00-23:00 in rotating shifts every day of the week.

Your main tasks

• Interest in the pedagogical and health-care field
• Appreciate good relations with the residents, their relatives and your colleagues
• Thrive in a daily life where there are diverse areas of work with the residents, and where flexibility and openness are a natural part of everyday life
• Are willing to help residents with personal care and hygiene as well as practical tasks such as tidying up, cleaning, shopping, etc.
• Will actively work in the committed community where openness and reflection are crucial for the development of our shared professional and mental work environment.

Your competencies

• Are reflective about working in the residents’ own home
• Can remain calm, maintain overview and gladly go to work
• Have basic IT knowledge for professional documentation and communication. We work in the professional system Nexus.

Who we are

The residences in Skovlunde are a social-pedagogical 24/7 facility where 33 adult residents live in three different dwelling groups. For all residents, it is people with cognitive developmental disability, some of whom also have physical limitations.

Based on the residents’ self- and co-determination and the individual’s resources and needs, we strive to provide the best conditions for living a good life.

The residences in Skovlunde are part of the organization Adults with Disabilities, which also includes the Daycare in Skovlunde, the Evening Club in Skovlunde, the respite care facility Torvevej, and the Shared Living Sønderhaven in Måløv.

The residences in Skovlunde are a 5-7 minute walk from Skovlunde Station.

Hiring process and salary

The starting date is as soon as possible.

We conduct interviews as we receive applications.

The position is as a substitute with hours between 0-37 per week.

Application deadline: 13 November 2026.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for care and pedagogical assistants in municipalities.

Employment is based on the principles of local pay formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position as care and pedagogical assistant is (Step 15) up to 4 years of experience: 27,864 - 35,904 DKK per month before pension (37 hours).

The final salary is determined after negotiation between the employer and the trade organization with the right to negotiate in the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends, among other things, on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
