HR Assistant for Aspia Denmark – would you like to help develop our HR Service?

Are you a recent graduate in HR and ready to gain lots of practical experience? Or do you already have some experience and want to develop further?

Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

At Aspia Denmark we are in the process of developing our HR Service, which is an important part of our overall service to both Danish and international customers. Therefore we are seeking an HR Assistant who would like to become part of our Payroll team and join us on the journey.

A everyday with different HR tasks

You will get a broad role where the tasks will include

• Preparation of employment contracts
• Preparation of termination agreements
• Preparation and updating of employee handbooks
• HR support and ad hoc tasks for our customers
• Collaboration with colleagues in Payroll on HR-related questions
• Internal HR tasks in Payroll, e.g. procedure descriptions and streamlining of workflows
• And of course other HR tasks as our HR Service develops

So this is not a position where you necessarily have to be able to do everything from day one. We would like to imagine that you are a recent graduate or fairly new in the HR field, and we will give you the opportunity to build experience, responsibility and competencies along the way.

Who are you?

You have a relevant education in HR, personnel, administration or similar, and most importantly you want to work with HR and learn new things.

• Can express yourself well in both Danish and English
• Are willing to take responsibility for your own tasks
• Are curious and not afraid to ask questions

Become part of a team in development

You will become part of Payroll at Aspia Denmark, where you will have skilled and engaged colleagues around you. We place emphasis on sparring, knowledge sharing and good collaboration – and you will have good opportunities to both learn and also make your mark on the role.

HR Service is a rapidly developing area, and you will therefore not only be responsible for administering existing processes. You will have the opportunity for a t be involved in developing new solutions and workflows and thus help shape how we deliver HR Service to our customers.

The position

We would prefer that you work 37 hours per week, but 32 hours can also be a possibility.

The position is designed as a 5-day work week, as we need HR support on all weekdays.
