HR Business Partner for Newsec Do you want to be a close sparring partner for leaders and help develop the organisation, leadership and employees in a business in motion?

Apply for this job Newsec seeks an experienced and commercial HR Business Partner who can translate the business' needs into concrete HR solutions. You will have a central role close to management and become an adviser to a number of leaders and business areas.

Close to the business

As an HR Business Partner you build an in-depth understanding of the business areas you support. You advise the leaders, challenge constructively and help translate organisational and people-related issues into clear decisions and actions.

Your tasks range from daily management advisory and complex personnel matters to organizational development and strategic HR initiatives. You will, among other things, work with:

• Management advisory, performance and employee development
• Personnel matters and Danish employment law
• Organizational changes and workforce planning
• Talent and leadership development
• HR data, processes and policies.

You should be able to move naturally between confidential leadership sparring, concrete employee cases and more long-term organizational agendas. At the same time you take responsibility that advice and decisions are followed through.

About you

You have several years of experience as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or from a similar broad HR role. You have strong business understanding and broad experience with management advisory, organizational development, recruitment, employment law and handling of complex personnel cases.

You build trust through your professionalism and have the courage to challenge and have strong stakeholder management competencies. You work independently and in a structured way, communicate clearly and can balance the interests of people, law and business.

We imagine you have a relevant higher education in HR, organization, management, law, psychology or a related area. Experience from a larger, customer-oriented organization is an advantage.

Part of People & Culture

You will be one of two HR Business Partners in a People & Culture team with a total of seven HR professionals. The team supports Newsec's leaders, employees and organizational development and works closely together to create a professional and coherent HR delivery.

As HR Business Partner you will have your own business areas and become the primary HR sparring partner for the leaders you support. You will be part of a team that shares knowledge, sparrs on complex issues and brings our various competencies into play when the task requires it.

You will thus have the opportunity to drive your own agendas and be part of a strong professional community. We place emphasis on high professionalism, open sparring and a pragmatic approach, where HR solutions should create value and function in leaders' daily lives.

We work across disciplines and take shared responsibility for the whole. This means that you not only advise on HR, but actively contribute to translating the business direction and needs into relevant organizational solutions. This is a central part of our One Newsec approach.
