HR Business Partner sought with a passion for people, culture and strong leadership

About the job

As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with the HR Manager, managers and supervisors to develop a workplace where employees thrive, develop and perform.

Your tasks will include

• Coach and develop leaders in good people management, performance management and employee engagement
• Support leaders in creating strong, well-functioning teams with high well-being and accountability
• Drive and facilitate initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration and the employee experience
• Be a sparring partner in complex employee matters and ensure fair and consistent solutions
• Proactively address sickness absence and well-being to support a stable and engaged workforce
• In collaboration with the rest of HR, drive the annual talent and performance process (Strive) and strengthen focus on development and potential.
• Implement and follow up on Our Voice engagement survey as well as local improvement initiatives
• Facilitate the Employee Forum and ensure a strong dialogue between employees and management
• Analyze HR data and identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and retention of key competencies
• Improve HR processes and ensure they support both the employee experience and the business' needs
• Ensure compliance and correct handling of employee data, policies and employment law matters

• Have experience as an HR Business Partner or from a similar People & Culture role
• Thrive in a production environment where HR must be visible and close to employees and managers
• Have relational skills and be able to build trust at all levels of the organization
• Are a skilled coach who develops leaders rather than just solving problems for them
• Can balance the employee perspective with the business needs
• Are proactive and see opportunities for improvement before challenges arise
• Work data-driven and use insights to create concrete improvements
• Have experience with employee engagement, culture development and change processes
• Create influence through collaboration, credibility and strong relationships
• Are pragmatic, hands-on and motivated by making a visible difference in everyday work
