About the job
Do you want to help create a good and safe working life for the staff at Randers Regional Hospital? And are you motivated by getting numbers, rules and people to play together?
We have a newly created position as HR consultant, where you will have a broad range of tasks within occupational health, MED, sustainability, data and digital development.
You don't need many years of experience. The most important is that you have a relevant academic degree, strong analytical skills and a desire to learn – and that you can translate data, rules and knowledge into solutions that make a difference in practice.
A role with many facets
As an HR consultant you will be part of the HR unit, where we work closely together to support the hospital's leaders and employees.
You will among other things be working with
Occupational health – with a focus on the physical work environment
Together with a colleague you will play a central role in the work to prevent workplace accidents and create a safe physical work environment, where your tasks will include accident prevention and follow-up on occupational health data as well as supporting the hospital's transfer organization and the bed-aids committee.
MED and the work environment
You will also become an important HR professional sparring partner for the MED organization. This includes advising and guiding on the MED and work environment agreement, among other things by interpreting and translating agreements and rules into something that makes sense in local practice and contributing to the development of the collaboration between management and employee representatives. Here you will be both the one who can read and understand the rules – and the one who can explain them in a way that can be used.
Sustainability – from ambition to action
The hospital has an ambitious sustainability effort, and together with a colleague and you you will have the opportunity to strengthen this area by driving your own tasks and projects. It could for example be the implementation of concrete sustainability projects, follow-up on progress and effects through working with data and management information. An important part of the task will be to maintain data platforms and use data actively: How far are we? Does what we do work? And where do data indicate that we should do something else or initiate new initiatives?
HR data, BI and AI
We would also like you to join in developing how we work with data and technology in HR.
You will therefore work with BI data in the HR area, analysis and communication of HR data, development of relevant data foundations for management support, identify opportunities for digitization and automation, and to be the HR unit's driver on the use of AI and other relevant digital tools. We are not interested in technology for technology's sake. We are interested in technology when it can improve our task solving – either because we can solve the task with fewer resources, or because we can achieve higher quality.
Who are you?
You have a relevant academic education. This could be in HR, social sciences, administration, working life, organization, data or another relevant field.
You may be a recent graduate. The important thing is not how many years are on your CV, but what you can do, and how you approach the tasks.
We imagine that you
- have strong analytical abilities and are comfortable working with data
- have a desire to learn and to familiarize yourself with complex rules and agreements
- can convey complex material clearly – both in writing and orally
- are curious about AI, BI and other digital possibilities
- can work in a structured way with both larger projects and the tasks that arise along the way
- thrive in collaboration and solving tasks in teams
- at the same time can take responsibility for your own tasks and work independently
- have an eye for both detail and the bigger picture.
And we hope you can recognize yourself in this description
You find it exciting when numbers tell one thing, the rules set some boundaries – and the people in the organization have to make it all work in practice.
You will become part of an HR team with six HR consultants. We have different specialties and tasks, but help each other and share a common responsibility for the quality of our advice. We take joint responsibility that our advice is professional and consistent. Leaders should experience the same high quality regardless of which HR consultant advises. We believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration and where there is room for professionalism, curiosity and challenging each other's solutions.
We have a daily life where tasks vary, we help each other, and there is also room to try new ideas.
As a new colleague you will have the opportunity to develop professionally and gradually take on more responsibility for your own areas and projects. We do not expect you to know it all from day one. Instead, we expect you to be curious, take responsibility and want to become more skilled.
We offer
- a newly created position with the opportunity to help shape the role
- a broad HR professional profile with both operations, development and project tasks
- opportunity to work with occupational health, MED, sustainability, data and AI
- close collaboration with engaged colleagues and different professional disciplines across the entire hospital
- opportunity to develop your skills in both HR, data and digitalization
- a workplace where your professional expertise is translated into something that makes a concrete difference for the hospital's staff and organization.
Would you like to join?
If you can see yourself in a role where people, rules and data meet , and where you both have the opportunity to solve concrete tasks and help develop how we work, we would love to hear from you.
We look forward to reading your application.
