We therefore seek a colleague who naturally takes an interest in how processes can be standardized, simplified and optimized.
Your tasks will include, among other things

We continually work to optimize processes, strengthen data use, exploit AI opportunities and identify automation potential in our workflows. We therefore expect you to have an interest in translating experiences from daily operations into concrete improvements that create value for managers, employees, PhD students and colleagues in HR.
The concrete distribution and weighting of tasks and areas of responsibility depend on your experience and interests.

It would be an advantage if you have a couple of years of experience after completing your education in public administration or HR.
We also emphasize that you

We therefore seek a colleague who naturally asks questions about existing workflows, sees improvement opportunities and is interested in digitization, automation and the use of new technologies.
