HR employee for HR department in development

About the position

As part of our HR team you will be an important sparring partner in the daily operations and development of the HR area. You will have a broad role with many varied tasks and will experience a daily life where priorities can change quickly in line with the company's development.

We are therefore looking for a colleague who works in a structured way, keeps an overview and is able to create forward momentum, even when many projects and tasks are in progress simultaneously.

You will be part of the company\'s HR department, which counts 4 people in total, and you will report to the company\'s HR Manager.

Your primary tasks

You will have a broad HR role with both operational tasks and development tasks. The everyday is diverse and varied, and you will play an important role in supporting the company\'s continued growth and development. Your tasks will include:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees in Denmark and internationally
• Identification and mapping of employment rules both nationally and internationally
• Contribute to development, implementation and ongoing optimization of HR processes and policies
• Planning and coordination of employee activities, social events and wellbeing initiatives
• Contribute to payroll processes and collaboration with external payroll providers abroad
• General administrative support and coordination of other HR-related tasks

We imagine that you

• Have experience or education in HR, preferably from an international organization
• Are structured, detail-oriented and good at creating an overview
• Takes responsibility for your tasks and follows them through to the end
• Are keen to work with daily operations and contribute to the development of processes and initiatives
• Master Danish and English at a high level, both written and spoken
