About the job
Do you thrive with data, systems and processes? Are you motivated by creating structure, ensuring high data quality and supporting HR work in an international group? Then this maternity cover may be for you.
One of our good colleagues will soon go on a well-deserved maternity leave, and therefore we are currently looking for an HR Specialist who wants to play a central role in supporting and developing effective, data-driven HR processes across the group.
You will become part of Group HR and will be responsible for a number of central tasks within master data, reporting and system support as well as support to colleagues and managers.
The position is a maternity cover expected to last about one year, with start in January 2027.
Data, systems and processes in practice
As an HR Specialist you will work with the data- and system-based foundation under HR in a group role. You ensure that our HR data is correct, that our systems are standardized and support the business needs across the companies. In addition, you will become an important cog in the development and implementation of AI and automation in HR.
Your tasks will include
- To ensure high data quality and standardization for HR master data across countries and companies in the group
- To prepare HR reporting, data extracts and analyses
- Continuously strengthen, develop and align HR processes and systems
- To develop and implement AI solutions and automation in HR, including work with Copilot Premium, development of agents and automation of workflows
" As a temporary HR Specialist you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and foundation of our HR work. The role combines operations, support and development, and you will become part of a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing and development are a natural part of daily life " says CHRO Fabian Scheffler.
Attention to detail and view of the big picture
There can be several entry points to the role, but we imagine that you have a relevant educational background - preferably combined with a few years of experience from an HR function or an administrative role with a focus on data and systems. In addition, we imagine that you:
- Work in a structured way and have an eye for detail without losing the overview
- Are proactive, solution-oriented and take responsibility for your tasks
- Are good at collaborating and building relationships across the organization
- Have concrete experience with AI and automation, e.g. developing agents and automating workflows
- Have strong Excel skills and generally good system understanding
- Have good communication skills – spoken and written, Danish and English
- Have experience with HR master data systems, recruitment systems and/or learning management systems
Development in collaboration
At Danish Agro our foundation is built on collaboration, and we fundamentally believe that we are stronger together. We therefore offer a workplace where we develop together across departments, competencies and national borders.
You will become part of a dedicated HR team, where you will have the opportunity to work broadly with HR data, systems and processes in an international group. At the same time, you gain great insight into the business and the opportunity to contribute to the development of HR across the organization.
