HVAC Project Manager for Service & Mini-Contracts in Region East

At Bravida Region East we are looking for a skilled and committed project manager who will take responsibility for own mini-contracts in the Copenhagen area. You will become part of a department where we support each other, and where collaboration, sparring and knowledge sharing are essential for our joint success.

You report to Jan Borre and will spend your days at our office in Brøndby as well as at customer sites. Here you will have a diverse daily life with high contact, where you work with customers, suppliers, colleagues and the daily progress of the projects. The role gives you the opportunity to take responsibility from day one and make your mark on both projects and customer relationships.

Your tasks will include

As a project manager you will have overall responsibility for planning, execution and financial management of your own projects. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Financial management and follow-up on your own projects
• Planning, coordination and management of projects from start-up to handover
• Coordination and day-to-day leadership at the construction sites with the customer
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Collaboration and dialogue with suppliers, customers and partners
• Quality assurance as well as ensuring operation and maintenance in the projects
• Follow-up on timelines, resources and project progress
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration with colleagues, subcontractors and other managers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with responsibility and motivated by achieving results through structure, relationships and good collaboration. You work independently, but also see the value in sparring with colleagues and contributing to the community.

You are good at creating trust around you, naturally communicate with both customers and colleagues and manage to stay on top of things even when several projects run in parallel.

We imagine you have

• A education as a Plumber (VVS’er), preferably complemented with an installer education
• Experience as a project manager in HVAC, service or contracting
• Solid understanding of project economics and budget follow-up
• Ability to maintain overview in complex projects
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• A proactive, positive and responsible approach to work
• A flair for creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
