You will become part of a larger plumbing team of around 20 employees, where the tasks range from private homes to commercial and public customers. The work is around Nykøbing Mors, and you switch between service visits, new builds and renovations. Some days you drive out on your own, other days you work with a partner or in a crew, depending on the task.

The good thing about the role is its breadth. You get your hands wet in water, heating and sanitation, and there is also room for heating systems, heat pumps and dampers. The company car is included, and a 4-day week can be a possibility if the setup fits.

Your daily life The day can start with a service task and end with a renovation or a new build. You assess what needs to be solved on site, and when to bring in a partner. When there are dampers, it’s about finding the fault and moving the customer forward, while heating installations require more planning.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working with plumbing in industry and commerce
• Solving tasks on new builds
• Renovating existing installations
• Operating dampers and service
• Working with heating installations

The breadth is the point here: you must be able to switch from planned installation work to a service task without the day getting derailed for that reason. If something doesn’t add up on site, you speak up in time so the agreements can hold.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

• Have experience with plumbing tasks in residential, commercial or service
• Can work independently without losing dialogue with the team
