We need a VVS technician for heating, service and renovation in Aarhus.

You land in a larger VVS company where the tasks span a wide range. The customers are private, commercial and public institutions, so everyday life can shift between small service tasks and larger projects. The work is based in Aarhus and the rest of East Jutland. There are both dampers, new builds, renovations and heating installations, so you get to use more than one side of the trade.

On some days you drive yourself, on other days you work with a partner or have an apprentice with you. You get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but there is still a friendly project manager backing you up when something needs to be coordinated. The tone should be friendly and proper, and the culture is built around people who care about their trade.

What you get Salary: 200-230 DKK per hour

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Daily life: Service, new builds and heating installations

Your everyday life When you are on service and dampers, you drive out yourself to the task from fault finding to final solution. On new builds and renovations you coordinate the sequence with a partner, an apprentice or the people on site. The heating installations require you to think things through and say if something doesn’t add up.

You will, among other things, work with

• Works with VVS in industry and commerce
• Solves VVS tasks on new builds
• Takes renovation tasks from walkthrough to finished solution
• Runs dampers and service tasks
• Performs heating installations

The tasks switch between service and projects, so you must be able to adapt without slacking. It is that versatility that makes everyday life worth pursuing.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license, because you drive yourself to tasks
• Have experience as a VVS technician
• Can work independently without losing overview
• Can collaborate with a partner and bring an apprentice along
• Speak properly with customers and attend meetings as agreed

It is an advantage if you have experience with service, dampers, new builds, renovations or heating installations before. But the most important is that you can take initiative and deliver something proper.
