We are looking for a dedicated and independent carpenter for the role as a hybrid assessor with a carpenter or bricklayer background.

What does a hybrid assessor do

As a hybrid assessor you will be the link between Raunstrup, the policyholder/end user, and the companies we deliver craftsmanship services to. You will be responsible for:

• Conduct minor assessments of insured damages
• Prepare quotes for various repair and craft tasks
• Order and purchase materials
• Plan and carry out your own craft tasks
• Ensure good dialogue and experience for the customer

You will mainly work in Central Jutland around the Silkeborg - Herning area. It is therefore an advantage if you live between the Silkeborg – Herning - Viborg area. But not a requirement.

About you

We imagine that you

• Either have a background as a mason (bricklayer) or carpenter
• Have more than 3 years of experience as a practicing craftsman, but this is not a requirement
• Have a flair for IT at user level
• Are good at building relationships and collaborating across teams
• Thrive with responsibility and can work independently
• Contribute positively to the company's culture and community
• Understand the importance of delivering the optimal customer experience

Experience from the insurance industry is an advantage, but not required. A driver's license is necessary.
