I am a new leader – would you like to be involved from the start?

Educator sought for the nursery at Børnehuset Kysten, Fyrtårnet department – 30-37 hours

Are you an educator, passionate about the youngest children, strong relationships and pedagogical quality? And do you want to help shape the direction of a developing daycare? Then we would like to have you on board.

I am the new leader at Kysten, and I am ready to welcome you .

Right now we stand together at the water's edge with a boat that needs to be launched. We do not yet know all the destinations, but we know that the journey will be best when we sail together. We shall explore, become wiser, adjust the course and create something we can be proud of.

Kysten consists of two sites, and right now we are seeking an educator for our nursery in Fyrtårnet.

You will become an important part of our shared journey

We have already begun the journey by setting a professional direction for Kysten. This means among other things that we together shall investigate:

• What is good pedagogical quality for us?
• How do we work with strong relationships and presence in daily life?

Here your input will be important. Together with the rest of the staff you will help shape the pedagogical practice and set the direction for our further journey.

I believe that quality is created together. Therefore you will have a leader who dares to set the direction, is curious about practice and at the same time is receptive to professionalism, pedagogy and the people who make Kysten succeed every day.

I do not expect you to have all the answers. On the other hand I hope you bring a desire to be curious, take responsibility and bring your professionalism into play.

Have a desire to help develop our pedagogical practice

Can translate pedagogical expertise into action in daily life

Contribute actively to the professional community
