About Østerlund Children's House

Østerlund is a beautiful old historic villa, which has previously been a greenhouse. We live close to public transport (Stengård Station).

Østerlund Children's House has about 63 children and 14-16 staff, who work age-integrated in a toddler team and a kindergarten team and in total 5 groups.

We are part of the Bagsværd East area with close collaboration across the 8 kindergartens in the area and are committed to sharing knowledge and creating binding communities, so that together we can become even better in our practice.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not the right fit for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.

Starting 1 November 2026 or by agreement – we are happy to wait for the right person.

As a trained pedagogue in our kindergarten you will receive a permanent Gladsaxe allowance as well as an seniority allowance after 2 years of uninterrupted service.
